    1. Services

    Blocked Drains East London provides drainage services including but not limited to: drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain repairs, high-pressure jetting, and maintenance services across East London.

    2. Quotes and Pricing

    All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before work begins. We operate on a fixed-price basis with no hidden charges. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

    3. Guarantees

    We guarantee our workmanship as follows:

    • Drain unblocking: 3-month guarantee against recurrence
    • Drain repairs and relining: 12-month guarantee
    • CCTV surveys: Satisfaction guarantee on report accuracy

    Guarantees do not cover issues caused by misuse, third-party interference, or pre-existing undisclosed problems.

    4. Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Emergency callouts that are cancelled after dispatch may be charged a call-out fee.

    5. Access and Safety

    You must provide safe and reasonable access to the drainage system requiring work. You are responsible for informing us of any hazards at the property. Our engineers reserve the right to refuse work in unsafe conditions.

    6. Liability

    We carry £2 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

    7. Property Damage

    While we take every care to minimise disruption, some drainage work may require excavation or access that affects surrounding areas. Any necessary excavation will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

    8. Data Protection

    Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

    9. Complaints

    If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
